How we met
Perry and Natasha should have had their first date between B gates in Denver International Airport. After several delays coming home from separate events, Natasha considered canceling. Perry knew canceling a first date often meant never meeting, so they did something rare for them both and elected to meet for dinner on Natasha’s couch. She ordered the food, and he brought the wine. As it turns out, Perry and Natasha both love Wes Anderson films, Sunday Thai food, and travel delays (as long as they are together).
“
On one of our very early dates, we went skiing. I think I knew it was forever when I stopped to wait for him, but he was right next to me."

The Proposal
Perry acquired the ring during a stressful day in NYC’s Diamond District. After a long afternoon, Natasha called to say hello and asked what he had done with his day in the city. She somehow didn’t suspect a thing when he responded, “Uh, I just walked around Central Park… for 7 hours.”
Perry asked Natasha’s parents for their blessing in October 2024 during their first visit to Seattle. Perry knows Natasha is close with her family and elected to ask both her parents together. A month later, over Thanksgiving, Perry proposed on the beautiful beach of Saba Rock in the British Virgin Islands. Natasha was surprised, but Perry had long ago promised her that he was “locking it down” before the end of 2024.
“
Traveling and loved ones have been a big part of our story together. I wanted to propose in a way that had both. I was so thankful our friends could be there to celebrate.
