  • Informal Skier’s Lunch 11:30-12:30 pm

    For those skiing on Baldy Mt., meet up with the bride and groom for lunch and laps. Location: Seattle Ridge Lodge

    Accessible to skiiers/snowboarders only

  • Rehearsal Dinner 6:00-7:45 pm

    Private dinner for a small group of friends and family

    Location: Roundhouse Lodge

    Attire: Apres Chic (see FAQ for more info)

  • Welcome Reception 7:45 pm

Location: Roundhouse Lodge

Shuttles: Available continuously from the Limelight Hotel. Arrive for gondola boarding by 7:15- 7:30

  • Ceremony 5:00 pm

    Location: Outside the Gail Sevren Gallery, Sun Valley, ID

    Shuttles: Available continuously from the Limelight Hotel. Arrive by 4:50 p.m. for a 5:00 p.m. prompt start.

    Attire: Add a layer to Black tie optional for a short outdoor ceremony (see FAQ for more info)

  • Reception 5:30 pm-9:30 pm

    Location: Gail Sevren Gallery, Sun Valley, ID

    Attire: Black tie optional (see FAQ for more info)

  • Afterparty 9:45 pm-1:00 am

    Location: Whiskey’s on Main

    Shuttles: Available to the afterparty or returning directly to the Limelight Hotel. Arrive by 4:50 pm for a 5:00 pm prompt start
